Q: Are Buvyra products suitable for sensitive skin?

A: Most of our formulas are developed with sensitivity in mind. However, due to the unique nature of every individual's skin, we strongly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on the inner wrist or behind the ear before full integration into your routine.

Q: Why has my tracking information not updated yet?

 A: Once a parcel departs our Oakland studio, carriers typically require 24–48 hours to activate the tracking link. If your status remains unchanged for more than 4 business days, please notify our team, and we will initiate a deep-trace investigation on your behalf.

Q: Can I return skincare products that have been opened or used?

 A: Due to our uncompromising commitment to hygiene and safety for all clients, we only accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original, pristine packaging. Q: How long does it take for a refund to appear in my account?
